Every submitted paper will be carefully reviewed by at least three members of the International Program Committee. All accepted papers will be included in the conference proceedings published by Digital Contents Society with ISBN. Authors should submit full paper with 2-4 pages in length by using online systems for review. And some papers selected will be included in some international journals with high quality.
